- It doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers, and doesn't set cookies of its own.
- If you contact us, we use what you send only to reply and to keep a record of our conversation.
- Each of our brands has its own terms, refund policy and privacy policy, which apply when you use that brand.
- Nothing here takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Who we are
This website, digitalservices.net.au (the "site"), is run by Digital Services International Pty Ltd (ABN 86 677 513 334), an Australian company ("we", "us"). We build and operate digital brands, each with its own website.
Terms and conditions
Using the site
The site gives general information about us and our brands. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we don't promise that it's complete, current or always available.
You must not interfere with the site, try to get around its security, misuse the contact form, or copy the site in bulk by automated means.
Our brands
When you buy from or sign up to one of our brands, that brand's own terms, refund policy and privacy policy apply. They're published on the brand's website. A payment to one of our brands usually appears on your statement under the brand's website name.
Names, logos and content
The content of the site, and the names and logos of Digital Services International and our brands, belong to us or are used with permission. Other trade marks belong to their owners.
Links to other websites
The site links to our brands' websites and to other websites. Those websites have their own terms and privacy policies.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including indirect or consequential loss. This doesn't limit any liability that can't be limited by law, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of Queensland.
Privacy policy
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- Technical details: when you visit the site, Cloudflare, which hosts it, processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Messages: if you contact us, your name, your email address, the topic you choose and what you write. We also note which of our websites the message came from and the country your connection appears to be in.
How we use it
To run and secure the site, and to reply to your messages and keep a record of them.
Cookies and analytics
The site doesn't set cookies of its own and doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers. Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the contact form is used by people rather than bots, runs when you open the form and may set its own short-lived token. Cloudflare may also set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from automated abuse.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting and security of the site, bot protection (Turnstile), and delivering contact form messages to our inbox.
- Our email provider: receiving and storing the messages you send us.
We don't sell your personal information. We may disclose it if the law requires us to.
Information stored outside Australia
Our providers may process or store information in other countries, including the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
How long we keep it
We may keep it indefinitely.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we've handled your personal information, contact us and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
